Returns and Exchanges.
Because our shoes are handmade in small batches, we kindly ask that returns be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Shoes with visible signs of wear or damage are not eligible for return or exchange.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

- Provide your order number and a detailed explanation of the reason for the return or exchange.

We gladly accept international returns. However:
-Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer
-Customs duties and taxes are non-refundable

Shipping for Returns and Exchanges
The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping when returning or exchanging an item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of the product. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds

If your return is approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 1-5 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
